MosAIk is organised around 7 thematic axes focusing on various aspects of AI systems (you can click on their title below to know more).

KNOWLEDGE REPRESENTATIONS AND REASONING

This axis considers AI systems which are able to manipulate explicit knowledge representations.

HYBRID AI

This axis considers hybrid AI systems combining multiple approaches to AI, as well as systems integrating human and artificial intelligence.

FRUGAL AI

This axis considers AI systems which rely on limited resources (data, storage and/or computing power).

NLP & LLM

This axis considers AI systems used in Natural Language Processing with a focus on Large Language Models.

EXPLAINABLE AI

This axis considers AI systems which exhibit some degree of interpretability and / or explainability.

UNCERTAINTY

This axis considers AI systems where uncertainty is explicitly characterized.

DISTRIBUTED AI

This axis considers the ways in which AI systems can be distributed and federated.
